Participatory and Relational Aesthetics
Public Art Station @ Adelaide Fringe Festival

This work responds to graffiti and its over-representation on public transport. It is a case for public expression and social interaction and was an intimate project between the artist and the participant. The artist’s body was used as the interface and as a vehicle, to carry and display the board. The art canvas was taken out of context (beyond the white cube) to give legal and immediate access to public expression. The final piece included personal messages, doodles, drawings and written word.
